A seminar on the WorkPositiveCI framework, which was developed by CISM Network Ireland in¬†collaboration with the State Claims Agency and the Health and Safety Authority, takes place in May¬†in Our Lady’s Hospice Harolds Cross, Dublin.

This seminar on Wednesday 10 May (10am-3pm) in the Education and Research Centre of the hospice, will be of interest to managers of organisations and practitioners involved in human resources, employee assistance, wellbeing, and critical incident support.

The WorkPositiveCI framework provides feedback on workplace stressors, employee psychological wellbeing and critical incident exposure in the workplace. It also provides structured guidance, enabling organisations to develop an action plan to mitigate against these stressors.

The  framework is the first psychosocial risk management framework to be introduced in Europe which is specific to critical incidents and incorporates a free, easy to use, innovative, confidential online process.
